Hand forged in Java, Indonesia from leaf spring steel, oil quenched to 60HRC with local hardwood handles. They have a good edge formation and easy sharpening feel.

They are a little on the thick side (see dimensions) but the blades are consistently straight and durable with smoothed corners that are comfortable to use.

Indonesia has a long history of blacksmithing and we are happy to begin our collection with a simple, well-made workhorse.

Comes with a durable plastic, riveted sheath.
