The amount of powder one uses for a single serving is up to individual preference, but a teaspoon for about a cup of hot water is standard. Some other uses for powdered hojicha are Hojicha latte, hojicha pudding, hojicha cake, sprinkle it on top of ice cream, the possibilities are limitless!
How to make hojicha latte:
Whisk 2g or 1tsp of the hojicha powder (ideally with a matcha whisk, but any whisk or even chopsticks will do), pour in 1 oz of hot water, and then pour in 6-8 oz steamed milk.
